* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast New Jersey, including the following counties, Bergen, Essex, Passaic and Union.
* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 705 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.3 and 0.8 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Paterson, Passaic, Wayne, Plainfield, Bloomfield, Linden, Orange, Ridgewood, Summit, Millburn, Ramsey, Pompton Lakes, Caldwell, Hawthorne, Clark, Fairfield, Union, Clifton, East Orange and Irvington. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
