Flood Warning until 03:00AM Wednesday

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of New Jersey, including the following counties, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Mercer and southeast Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia.

* WHEN...Until 300 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1042 PM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - For Chester Creek at Chester: At 10:31pm the stage was 11.87 feet and rising. Flood Stage is 8 feet. ... For Frankford Creek at Frankford: At 10:30pm the stage was 7.42 feet and rising. Flood Stage is 7 feet. ... Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
