* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northern New Jersey, including the following counties, Hunterdon, Morris and Somerset.

* WHEN...Until 615 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1217 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - For Lamington River at Burnt Mills: At 11:45pm the stage was 11.73 feet. Flood Stage is 11 feet. ... For Middle Brook at Burnt Mills: At 12:00am the stage was 9.66 feet. Flood Stage is 9.5 feet. ... For Lamington River at Pottersville: At 11:15pm the stage was 4.93 feet.
