* WHERE...Portions of New Jersey, including the following counties, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Mercer and southeast Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia.
* WHEN...Until 300 AM EST.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated an area of very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - For Chester Creek at Chester: At 12:32am the stage was 12.49 feet. Flood Stage is 8 feet. For Wissahickon Creek at Fort Washington: At 12:30am the stage was 12.59 feet. Flood Stage is 10 feet. For Perkiomen Creek at Graterford: At 12:46am the stage was 13.17 feet. Flood Stage is 11 feet. For Neshaminy Creek at Langhorne: At 12:15am the stage was 11.8 feet. Flood Stage is 9 feet. For Assunpink Creek at Mercerville: At 12:45am the stage was 9.93 feet. Flood Stage is 9.5 feet. For Schuylkill River at Norristown: At 12:30am the stage was 14.9 feet. Flood Stage is 13 feet. For Crum Creek at Newtown Square: At 11:45pm the stage was 9.68 feet.
