* WHERE...In Maryland, Extreme Western Allegany and Central and Eastern Allegany Counties. In West Virginia, Western Grant, Eastern Grant, Western Mineral and Eastern Mineral Counties.
* WHEN...From 6 AM this morning to 5 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EXTREME WESTERN ALLEGANY ... CENTRAL AND EASTERN ALLEGANY ... WESTERN GRANT ... EASTERN GRANT ... WESTERN MINERAL ... EASTERN MINERAL
