* WHEN...Until 845 AM EST.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 436 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - For Bound Brook at Middlesex: At 4:00am the stage was 9.26 feet. Flood Stage is 9 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
