Two Vehicle Injury Crash 
Sheriff Richard J. Behnke, reports that on 01/09/2024 at approximately 1820 hours his Office was called to investigate a personal injury crash near the intersection of M60 and Pine Lake St, in Howard Township, Cass County Michigan.
Investigation shows that 31-year-old Niles resident, Danielle Flenar, failed to yield to oncoming traffic as she turned onto M-60 from Pine Lake St. Flenars vehicle was struck by a vehicle driven by 25-year-old Patrick Moses , who was traveling East on M-60. Flenar was transported by SMCAS Ambulance to Lakeland Niles Hospital, for minor injuries sustained during the crash.
Seatbelts were worn and both subjects. Alcohol and drugs do not appear to be a factor. Assisting in this crash was Howard Township Fire and SMCAS Ambulance service
