Wastewater Discharge 
NOTICE – The Town of Tryon had two discharges of untreated wastewater on January 9, 2024:
1. From the manhole located near 44 Jervey Road, an overflow of 26,304 gallons between 8am–5pm.
2. From manhole #10 located near the intersection of Braewick Road and Melrose Avenue Ext., an overflow of 8800 gallons between 10.30am–3pm.
This notice is required by North Carolina General Statutes Article 21, Chapter 143-215.1C.
