Wilmington Police announce February Community Resource Fair: 
As the Wilmington Police Department continues its monthly Community Resource Fair series, our next program will be held indoors on Thursday, February 15 from 4-6 p.m. at the MSK Community Center (1009 Sycamore Street).
Launched in 2022 as an expansion of past celebrations of National Night Out, the WPD Community Resource Fairs have been organized each month to invite members of the public to interact with police officers representing various assignments and positions at WPD, as well as a range of government, nonprofit and community service providers who serve the City of Wilmington and its residents.
Since the launch of this as a monthly series in 2023, event have been held at the Police Athletic League of Wilmington, the William “Hicks” Anderson Community Center, the MSK Community Center, Latin American Community Center, Helen Chambers Park, Cool Springs Park, Haynes Park, Judy Johnson Park, Herman Holloway, Sr. Park and Joe White Memorial Park.
This event is free and open to the public, and there will be food and plenty of public safety-related giveaways.
Pre-registration for partners/vendors is required, and is limited to government and nonprofit organizations providing free services to Wilmington residents. Partners seeking to register can contact David Karas at [email protected].
