* WHERE...A portion of northeast New Jersey, including the following counties, Bergen, Essex, Passaic and Union.
* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EST.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 847 AM EST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
