* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by recent excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, including the following county, Bergen and southeast New York, including the following county, Rockland.

* WHEN...Until 515 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River and stream levels remain elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 244 PM EST, the Hackensack River at New Milford Gauge reported 7.53 ft, which is minor flooding. Minor flooding is expected to continue into early this evening. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Losen Slofe, Sparta Brook, Tenakill Brook, Cresskill Brook, Cherry Brook, Bear Brook, Passaic River, Sprout Brook, Hudson River, Mill Creek, Berrys Creek, Sparkill Creek, Overpeck Creek, Hirshfeld Brook, Herring Brook, Hackensack River and Pocantico River. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
