* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 503 PM EST, the Hackensack River at New Milford Gauge reported 6.98 ft, which is minor flooding. Minor flooding is expected to continue through this evening. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Hirshfeld Brook, Cherry Brook, Hudson River, Passaic River, Sparta Brook, Tenakill Brook, Sparkill Creek, Bear Brook, Pocantico River, Overpeck Creek, Cresskill Brook, Losen Slofe, Mill Creek, Hackensack River, Sprout Brook, Berrys Creek and Herring Brook. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
