* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 but locally up to 3 to 7 inches over the mountains. For the Wind Chill Watch, dangerously cold wind chills possible. Wind chills as low as 20 to 35 below zero.

* WHERE...Bonners Ferry, Rockford, Priest River, Athol, Clark Fork, Schweitzer Mountain Road, Airway Heights, Cheney, Sandpoint, Davenport, Downtown Spokane, Fairfield, Eastport, and Spokane Valley.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 4 AM Thursday to 4 AM PST Friday. For the Wind Chill Watch, from Thursday evening through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHERN PANHANDLE ... SPOKANE AREA
