Atlantic City Electric’s Emergency Response Organization is mobilized with all available resources dedicated to restoring service for customers safely and as quickly as possible. Below is information you can provide to residents for the quickest response. For any downed poles or dangerous wires, they should directly call 800-833-7476 to ensure everything needed is captured and a representative can be dispatched quickly.
Atlantic City Electric encourages customers to report outages and downed wires.
- Safety is our top priority. We urge our customers to stay away from downed wires and other equipment and assume any downed wire or equipment is energized.
- To report an outage or downed wire, call 800-833-7476 or report and track through our mobile app or website at atlanticcityelectric.com/StormPrep.
- Customers can text “Out” to 20661 to report their outage.
- Customers must first text “ADD OUTAGE” to 20661 to sign up for this service.
- Customers also can receive outage alerts by signing up online at atlanticcityelectric.com/Alerts.
