* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, including the following county, Bergen and southeast New York, including the following county, Rockland.

* WHEN...Until 215 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1111 PM EST, gauge reports indicated flooding caused by recent rainfall. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Hackensack River, Herring Brook, Losen Slofe, Overpeck Creek, Hirshfeld Brook, Pocantico River, Passaic River, Hudson River, Sprout Brook, Bear Brook, Tenakill Brook, Sparta Brook, Cresskill Brook, Mill Creek, Sparkill Creek, Berrys Creek and Cherry Brook. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
