* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, including the following county, Bergen and southeast New York, including the following county, Rockland.
* WHEN...Until 415 AM EST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 213 AM EST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Sparkill Creek, Cresskill Brook, Pocantico River, Hudson River, Berrys Creek, Hackensack River, Cherry Brook, Passaic River, Losen Slofe, Tenakill Brook, Sprout Brook, Sparta Brook, Overpeck Creek, Herring Brook, Mill Creek, Hirshfeld Brook and Bear Brook. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
