* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to midnight CST Friday night.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility to near-whiteout conditions later Friday into Saturday. The hazardous conditions will greatly impact the morning and evening commutes Friday. The cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
