* IMPACTS...Plan on hazardous road conditions. Whiteout conditions will cause dangerous travel. Strong winds could cause damage.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds and blizzard conditions will decrease Saturday morning, but more snow is expected on Saturday resulting in additional travel impacts.
