Lt. Chris Taylor with the McDowell County Drug Enforcement charged 36-year-old Tiffany Nicole Moran with felonious Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance, felonious Possession with Intent to Sell, Manufacture and Deliver a Schedule I CS and Maintaining a Dwelling for a CS. Moran was issued a $30,000 secured bond.
On January 3rd, Lt. Taylor assisted NC Probation/Parole Officers with a search of Moran’s residence and vehicle. The search turned up fentanyl.
