Deputy Jared Tilson with the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged 29-year-old Jared Montgomery Conrad with felonious Breaking or Entering. Conrad was issued a $20,000 secured bond.
On January 5th, deputies responded to a campground in Marion for a suspicious vehicle and the possible breaking or entering of a camper. Upon speaking with the owner of the camper, it was determined that Conrad had broken into and was staying without permission.
