Diaz-Martinez was last seen wearing a black jacket, jeans, a gray hat and red vans. He may have a blue backpack with tan leather on the sides of the backpack with him. Diaz-Martinez does not have a cell phone and it is unknown if he took his skateboard with him. Diaz-Martinez was last seen on 12/30/23 at his residence on Laurel St in Fremont, CA and It is believed through this investigation Diaz-Martinez may want to harm himself.
The last known intended location of Diaz-Martinez was the area of the Aquatic Park Cove in San Francisco.
