* WHEN...From 10 AM Friday to 7 PM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could become very difficult. Blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches and cause power outages.
