1-year-old Mi'Layani and 2-year-old Devyn have both been located safely. Detectives would like to thank the community for their assistance in this case. The investigation is still ongoing.

INDIANAPOLIS - Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Missing Persons Detectives are seeking the public's help in locating 1-year-old toddler Mi’Layani Holder and 2-year-old toddler Devyn Phillips, who were last seen in the 3700 block of Sherman Forest Drive.
Mi’Layani is described as 2', 20 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Devyn is described as 3’, 30 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. They were both last seen on Tuesday, January 9, 2024. It is believed they are both with their mother, Damilah Holder, who is also missing.
