A Town-Wide Survey is Coming Soon! 
OnPointe Insights will soon be conducting an anonymous survey on behalf of the Town of Fairview.
The survey will be available exclusively online, and a link will be sent to you through Nixle when the survey opens January 22. Links and QR codes will also be posted in the Fairview Town News magazine, in water bills and available on the Town website. The link will take residents to a secure site hosted by OnPointe Insights (QuestionPro.com). Fairview staff and leaders won’t be able to see who took the survey, and your personal information will never be shared with anyone.
The survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete and will be open January 22 through February 26. Don't miss your chance to weigh in on what you’d like to see town officials focus on, including potential new programs and facilities.
