...WIND CHILL WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM FRIDAY TO NOON CST 
TUESDAY... 
 
* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total 
snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 
mph on Friday night. For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously 
cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 45 below zero. 
 
* WHERE...Hanson, McCook, Minnehaha and Hutchinson Counties. 
 
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 PM CST Friday. 
For the Wind Chill Warning, from 6 PM Friday to noon CST 
Tuesday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing 
snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous 
conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty 
winds could bring down tree branches. The dangerously cold 
wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little 
as 10 minutes.
Instructions: Slow down and use caution while traveling. Avoid outside activities if possible. When outside, make sure you wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.
