* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The combination of continuous snow and gusty winds will create hazardous driving conditions in the advisory area. Travel is discouraged.
