The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory from 7 PM this evening until 9 PM CST Friday. Alongside this advisory, we provide essential tips for extreme cold preparedness:

- Affected areas include portions of east central and northeast Kansas, and north central, northwest, and west central Missouri.
- Time frame: 7 PM today to 9 PM CST Friday.
