* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow 
  accumulations of 3 to 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 
  mph late Friday night into Saturday morning.
* WHERE...In Indiana, Elkhart, Lagrange and Steuben Counties. In 
  Michigan, Branch and Hillsdale Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Friday to 7 PM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Blowing snow could 
  significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions 
  could impact the Friday evening commute. Gusty winds could 
  bring down tree branches.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The worst travel conditions from snow and 
  blowing snow will be late Friday afternoon through Saturday
