* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. Winds gusting near 35 mph. For the Wind Chill Watch, dangerously cold wind chills possible. Wind chills as low as 40 below zero.

* WHERE...Brown, Nicollet, Le Sueur, Watonwan and Blue Earth Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 6 AM this morning to 6 AM CST Saturday. For the Wind Chill Watch, from Saturday evening through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
