WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO 7 PM 
National Weather Service has issued a WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE FOR Elkhart-Lagrange-Steuben-Noble-Starke-Pulaski-Marshall-Fulton IN-Northern Kosciusko-Southern Kosciusko-Branch-Hillsdale.
*WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 9 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph tonight into Saturday.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Friday to 7 PM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute tonight. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The worst travel conditions from snow and blowing snow will be this evening through Saturday afternoon. Rain will likely mix with snow for most of today which may limit impacts and accumulations before sunset.
