* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. For the Blizzard Warning, blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations between 7 and 13 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Shawano County.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 3 PM CST this afternoon. For the Blizzard Warning, from 3 PM this afternoon to noon CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
