* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of up to one inch and ice accumulations of around one to three tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...North Oregon Coast and Central Oregon Coast.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 PM PST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel will be difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Greatest amounts of ice accumulation expected from Tillamook to Lincoln City. Little to no ice at all south of Yachats, as temperatures from Florence to Yachats are expected to stay slightly above freezing.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTH OREGON COAST ... CENTRAL OREGON COAST
