Within the last 30 Minutes 3 black males in a Blue BMW X3 with NY License Plates were seen trying to steal license plate from a vehicle parked on Edgewood Rd. Suspects aborted the attempt when they were interrupted by the home owner. Suspects returned to their vehicle and fled towards Springfield Ave.
