Chelsea District Library Closing Early 
Due to deteriorating road conditions, Chelsea Distrct Library will close early at 5pm on Friday, January 12. At this time, we hope to open for our regular business hours at 10am on Saturday. Please watch the library's website and social media for updates about operating hours for Saturday.
