* WHERE...Southwest Highlands, Owyhee Mountains and Southern Twin Falls County zones.
* WHEN...For the Blizzard Warning, until 8 PM MST this evening. For the Winter Storm Warning, from 8 PM this evening to 5 AM MST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
