* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 AM CST early this morning. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to noon CST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 15 minutes.
