* WHEN...From 11 PM Saturday night to noon CST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Wind chill values are expected to fall to dangerously cold values which may result in exposed skin becoming quickly frostbitten or frozen. The dangerously cold wind chills could also result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
