* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 PM EST /6 PM CST/ this evening. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from midnight EST /11 PM CST/ tonight to 1 PM EST /noon CST/ Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
