* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Illinois.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until noon CST today. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on locally slippery road conditions, mainly in open areas. Areas of blowing snow could reduce visibility. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
