* WHERE...Portions of central, east central and southeast Illinois.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 3 PM CST Sunday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 3 PM Sunday to noon CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 15 to 30 minutes.
