* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas and south central and southwest Missouri.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, from 6 PM this evening to noon CST Sunday. For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 10 AM Sunday to midnight CST Sunday night. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from noon Sunday to noon CST Tuesday.
