* WHAT...Scattered to numerous snow showers persist through the evening, with an additional accumulation up to an inch. Very cold wind chills expected overnight. Wind chills as low as 20 below zero.
* WHERE...Washtenaw, Wayne, Lenawee and Monroe Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 PM EST this evening. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 1 AM to 1 PM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WASHTENAW ... WAYNE ... LENAWEE ... MONROE
