Winter Storm Warning until 06:00PM Monday

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills are expected with wind chills ranging from zero to as low as 20 below zero. Heavy snow also possible with widespread total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches likely. Locally higher amounts are possible.

* WHERE...For the Wind Chill Warning, portions of northwestern Arkansas. For the Winter Storm Warning and the Wind Chill Advisory, most of Arkansas.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until noon CST Sunday. For the Winter Storm Warning, from noon Sunday to 6 PM CST Monday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from noon Sunday to noon CST Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With Arctic air firmly in place before and after the winter weather arrives, impacts from snowfall will last for several days, resulting in a prolonged period of hazardous travel conditions. Bitter cold wind chills could result in frostbite as well as significant impacts to infrastructure.
