* WHERE...In Illinois, DuPage, Southern Cook, Northern Will and Eastern Will Counties. In Indiana, Lake IN County.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 3 AM CST Sunday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on pockets of very low visibility and snow covered roads due to falling, blowing and drifting snow, especially in open areas and on north to south oriented roadways. If planning to travel, expect slowed speeds and include emergency supplies in your vehicle. Ensure others know your travel plans in case you get stuck. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as few as 30 minutes.
