* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 4 AM EST /3 AM CST/ Sunday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 4 AM EST /3 AM CST/ Sunday to 10 AM EST /9 AM CST/ Monday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
