* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow. Additional snow 
  accumulations of up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 
  mph. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills 
  expected. Wind chills as low as 25 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana and northwest Ohio.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 4 AM EST /3 AM 
  CST/ Sunday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 4 AM EST /3 AM 
  CST/ Sunday to 10 AM EST /9 AM CST/ Monday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing
  snow could significantly reduce visibility. The cold wind 
  chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30
