Extreme cold. Slick roads with ice use caution 
Due to the extreme temperatures road salt is not activating. Roads are very slick and icy. Use caution if driving. If going outside dress appropriate.
Instructions:
We remain under an extreme cold warning. Please be careful if you have to go outside and dress appropriately. The street department advised that temperatures have reached such a low that the road salt is not activating and streets are icing up. They continue to plow where drifts have built up and salt is only helping with traction and is not melting ice. Use caution if driving. Allow extra time and distance.
