* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 10 AM this morning to 6 PM CST this evening. For the Wind Chill Advisory, now until 6 PM CST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions from the snow today. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
