* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. A few power outages are possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind observations show strong gusts impacting areas prone to hazards from westerly winds, including Pequop Summit. Observations and reports show portions of the advisory area seeing car accidents from deteriorating conditions from the wind.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTH CENTRAL ELKO COUNTY
