* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, until 4 AM EST Monday. For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 1 AM Monday to 1 PM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
